Come and meet other local mums for friendship and support! The group is friendly and relaxed and I will be there to welcome you and introduce you to the other mums.
The group is breast and bottle feeding-friendly and is a safe, comfortable space for you to enjoy being with your baby and being out meeting people too. It is open for mums with babies under 9 months, so you are all at the same stage.
There will be a €3 admission charge to cover the rent of the room, and that will include biscuits. Tea and coffee are available to purchase from the coffee shop. Tea is €1 and coffee is €1.50.
Thursday 27/4/14 2014. There will be a 20 minute talk by John who specialises in needless acupuncture for infants and toddlers. Gentle stroking and tapping techniques are used to calm anxious children, facilitate restful sleep, clear congested heads and chests and smooth digestion.
