A new Baby Massage course starts on Wednesday the 14th of January 2020 at 10:00 in the Castlenock Community Centre
Spend quality time with your baby. Learn how to give your baby a massage. Meet other local mums for friendship and support. I will teach you strokes that are safe and appropriate for your baby. You can then enjoy it as a regular activity at home together. The classes are relaxed and give plenty of opportunity for you to get to know the other local mums in the class. I am qualified through Baby Massage Ireland and is affiliated with the International Association of Infant Massage, which means that you can claim back up to 100% of the course cost from your health insurance..
The course lasts for five weeks. Each class lasts an hour. The price includes organic baby massage oil, handbook, tea and biscuits.

Course cost: €110 ( health insurance you can claim money back depending on your policy).
